We love Siberian Iris for the fabulous fillers they are, and this is one that we always sneak into planting schemes. It’s a short plant with the usual foliage that’s a great foil for almost anything. It also flowers earlier than some making it useful amongst taller later season plants. The lilac-pink petals, white at the base are very pretty with lovely venation and are held nicely above the foliage. Doesn’t seem to produce many seed heads, but we’ll forgive it for that.
