Shipping and Returns

Where We Deliver

We currently deliver to mainland UK only. Please note that at this time we cannot ship to Northen Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, EU, or rest of the world.

Dispatch Times

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 2–5 working days.
  • We aim to ship plants Monday to Thursday to avoid them being held in transit over weekends.
  • During peak seasons (spring/summer, sales, bank holidays), dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Methods & Times

  • We use reputable couriers depending on plant size and order value.
  • Standard delivery typically takes 1–3 working days after dispatch.
  • Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.
  • Any applicable surcharges for oversized or heavy items will be clearly shown before payment.

Packaging & Plant Care in Transit

  • Plants are carefully packed to protect roots, foliage, and pots during transit.
  • We include moisture protection and insulation where appropriate.
  • Once delivered, plants should be unpacked promptly, placed in good light, and watered if required.

Missed or Failed Deliveries

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we may charge a re-delivery fee.

Returns & Refunds

Important Notice About Plants

Plants are living, perishable items. Because of their nature, they are exempt from the standard 14‑day cooling‑off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described.

Faulty or Damaged Plants

If your plants arrive damaged, unhealthy, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the plant(s) and packaging.

After assessment, we will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement plant (subject to availability)
  • A partial or full refund

We may not be able to help if plants have deteriorated due to:

  • Delayed unpacking
  • Incorrect care after delivery
  • Frost, heat, or weather exposure after arrival

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Live plants (unless incorrect or damaged on arrival)

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once plants have been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
