Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through our website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are a consumer and agree to the terms set out below.


1. Plant Availability

All plants are sold subject to availability. As plants are living products, availability may change due to seasonal conditions, weather, or crop quality.

If a plant you have ordered becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will contact you promptly to offer a suitable alternative or a refund.

Plant images and descriptions are provided as a guide only. Natural variation in size, shape, colour, and growth habit should be expected.

2. Pricing

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Delivery charges are shown separately and added at checkout. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.


3. Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept the payment methods listed on our website.

No contract is formed until payment is received and we issue an order confirmation.

4. Delivery

We deliver to mainland UK only. Please note that at this time we cannot ship to Northen Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, EU, or rest of the world.

Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Dispatch and delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions or seasonal plant readiness, particularly to protect plant health. If delivery is delayed beyond our control we will notify you as soon as possible.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Ownership passes once full payment has been received.

You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery, where required.

5. Reserving Plants

Plants may be reserved by agreement, subject to availability. Reserved plants must be paid for in full unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If reserved plants are not collected or delivery arranged within the agreed timeframe, we reserve the right to resell them. Any refund issued may be subject to reasonable deductions for holding or care costs.


6. Promotions

All promotions, discounts, and special offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at any time.

Please note that promotions on our website do not always apply at our nursery site. Promotions at our nursery site do not always apply online.

Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be used in conjunction with other offers and apply only for the period specified.

7. Guarantee

We guarantee that plants are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described at the time of dispatch, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Due to factors beyond our control, including weather, soil conditions, planting methods, and aftercare, we cannot guarantee plant performance or survival after delivery.

8. Your Right to Cancel (Distance Selling)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery.

However, this right does not apply to perishable goods, including live plants, once delivery has taken place.

You may cancel your order before dispatch for a full refund.

Important Notes on Cancellation

  • Orders cancelled before dispatch will receive a full refund.
  • Orders cancelled after dispatch may not be eligible for cancellation if they contain live plants.
  • This cancellation policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

9. Damaged, or Incorrect Plants

If plants arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, providing photographs where possible.

Where a plant is confirmed to be faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights.


10. Returns

Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we do not accept returns unless plants are faulty, damaged on arrival, or supplied incorrectly.

Returned plants must be in their original condition and packaging, where applicable.

11. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of agreement.

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error or a faulty product.


12. Cookies

Our website uses cookies to ensure proper functionality, analyse traffic, and improve user experience.

By using our website, you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with our Cookie Policy.

13. Privacy Policy

We process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Your personal information is used only for order processing, delivery, customer service, and legal obligations. We do not sell your data to third parties.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

  • Once plants have been dispatched or delivered, cancellation is only possible if plants are faulty, damaged, or not as described
